1. 魔术喷泉（Tricky Fountain）

夏宫花园里面的喷泉全世界闻名，足有150 多座。在众多的喷泉里面，有一种喷泉是所有小朋友都非常喜欢的，那就是魔术喷泉！只要有游客经过，这些魔术喷泉就会突然不定向地喷水。据说这原本是夏宫的主人彼得大帝故意用来捉弄大臣的。大家说，彼得大帝是不是一个很顽皮的皇帝呢？

2. 白夜（White Nights）

这是高纬度地区夏季特有的不黑之夜。在这些地区，前一天的黄昏尚未结束，次日的黎明便接踵而至，没有黑夜。圣彼得堡是世界上少数有白夜现象的城市，因为它位于北纬59°～60°。

3. 开桥奇观（Watch the Bridges Open）

在圣彼得堡主要区域，有大大小小各种桥梁。每到夏季通航，就会有大型船只通过，为了方便这些船只通航，人们会在特定时间（每日凌晨2 点）打开桥面。每次开桥都有一个简单的仪式。平时的晚上都很黑，桥打开了也很难看得清，因此白夜期间是最适合观赏开桥的时节。

4. 琥珀屋（The Amber Room）

琥珀屋是1716年由普鲁士国王威廉一世送给俄罗斯彼得大帝的礼物，墙面镶嵌有6吨多的琥珀和名贵珠宝，闪耀着从柠檬黄到金红色的光彩，辉煌得令人窒息，曾被列为世界第八大奇迹。遗憾的是，在“ 二战”期间，这座宝屋被纳粹劫掠窃取。直到圣彼得堡300年纪念的时候（2003年），才由能工巧匠重新复原出了当时的面貌。
