Lucky George幸运的乔治

On Monday， George found himself with nothing to do. He decided to take a martial arts1 class. He discovered that some friends he knew were there， too. Allthree are off-duty first responders2. The martial arts class was going well at first，but things took a deadly turn for George. He collapsed3 on the floor. His friendsquickly learned he had no pulse4. They were able to perform CPR5 on George foreight minutes while waiting for doctors to arrive. Now， George is recovering6 and isexpected to be back home soon， something that might not have been possible had itnot been for his friends. That evening George could have decided to stay home. Ifhe had， he would have been alone. Two of his friends normally don’t take thatclass. They just so happened to decide to get in an extra workout that day.
