It’s important for us to keep healthy. Doyou know how to have a healthy life? Let meshare my ideas with you.
Firstly, we should have more healthy eatinghabits. We should have more fruit andvegetables. We should eat three meals on timeand eat less junk food.
Secondly, exercise is also a good way tokeep healthy. It’s good for the mind and body.We should get enough exercise every week.
What’s more, we should keep good moodsevery day. We can take part in a lot of afterschoolactivities to make ourselves relaxed. When we have some troubles, we shouldask someone we trust for help. Don’t keep them to ourselves.
If we do like these, we’ll have a healthy and happy life.
