As we all know, it is important to keep healthy.But do you know how to make it happen?

Firstly, we must have enough sleep every day.In order to do that, we can go to bed early and get upearly. And we shouldn’t stay up late, because it isbad for our health. Secondly, we’d better payattention to our eating habits. Breakfast is importantas it gives us energy for the whole morning. Inaddition, we can eat more vegetables and fruit butless junk food to stay healthy. Finally, we can domore exercise to keep fit. And if we don’t feelvery well, we should go to see the doctor at once.

All in all, I hope everyone can take actions from now on to have a healthy life!
