This morning it was harder for me to get out ofbed than usual. Last night I tossed and turned allnight because my anxiety was at an all⁃time high. Ikept thinking about what my first day of high schoolwould be like. What should I wear？ What should Iput in my schoolbag？ I finally fell asleep around1：20 am and my alarm started going off at 6 am.

I couldnt let those thoughts cloud my mind. I had to prepare myself for one of themost important days of my life. I packed my things and headed out of the door. My firstclass wasnt too bad. During lunchtime， I had a pizza and an orange soda. I was grateful for the food nottasting terrible， so I wouldnt keep thinking about that all day. I still didnt manage to findany new friends to sit with， but I was just happy I found a quiet place to stay in. I got on the same train line that I took to my school and headed back home.

Speaking to Charlie on the phone， I found out he made many new friends today. OnceI got off the phone， I threw myself on the bed with a long sigh （ 叹气）. Although Idexperience this again tomorrow， I was glad I got through my first day at school.
