王小洪表示，在习近平主席和普京总统战略引领下，中俄关系持续高水平发展。中方愿同俄方坚决落实两国元首重要共识，加强执法安全部门多层级会晤，深化和拓展在反恐、打击跨国犯罪和保障网络安全等领域务实合作，推动执法安全合作深人发展，不断丰富中俄新时代全面战略协作伙伴关系内涵。

博尔特尼科夫表示，愿同中方坚定相互支持，共同应对安全挑战。
