Comparison of Different Chemical Control Strategies for Weeds in Mechanized Rice Fields in Huaiyin District,Huai'an City

Abstract:To clarifythechemicalcontroltechniques for weeds inmachine-transplanted rice fields in HuaiyinDistrict, Huai'an City,Jiangsu Province,fieldeficacy trialswere conducted in2O23.Sixteen treatmentswere tested,including pre-emergence herbicides applications (hereinafter referred to as“pre-emergence”),post -emergence herbicides applications(hereinafter referrd toas“post-emergence”),and combined pre-and post-emergent herbicides aplications (hereinafter referred toas“pre-andpost-emergence"),with ano-herbicidecontrol.The weed control effcacyand selectivityto rice were evaluated.Theresultsshowedthat thecombined pre-and post-emergence treatmentsprovided thebestweed control in machine transplanting rice fields,with plantcontrolandfresh weightcontrol effect exceeding 88% and 89% ,respectively,across all treatments.Among them,the following combinations demonstrated superior efficacy:pretilachlor 30% EC at 100 mL/667 m2+ isoxaflutole 360 g/L CS at 20 mL/667 m² (pre-emergence) + metamifop·cyhalofop -butyl 40% EC at 70 mL/667 m² + MCPA·bentazone 38% AS at 100 mL/667 m²(post-emergence);pretilachlor 500 g/L EC at 70 mL/667 m² + bensulfuron - methyl 30% WPat 10 g/667 m²(pre -emergence) + florpyrauxifen- benzyl 3% EC at 50 mL/667 m² + cyhalofop -butyl 30% EC at 100 mL/667 m2 (post-emergence);pretilachlor 500 g/L EC at 70 mL/667 m² + bensulfuron - methyl 30% WPat 10 g/667 m²(pre -emergence) + florpyrauxifen - benzyl 3% EC at 50 mL/667 m2+ pretilachlor 500g/L ECat 70 mL/667 m² + metamifop·cyhalofop - butyl 40% EC 70 mL/667 m2 (post- emergence).Twelve days after transplanting,among the single post - emergence treatments (hereinafter referred to as“one - time post - emergence”),flumioxazin 6 g/L EC at 150 mL/667 m²,florpyrauxifen-benzyl 3% EC at 50 mL/667 m² + metamifop 20% EC at 50 mL/667 m² +cyhalofop - butyl 30% EC at10O mL/667 m² showed excellent weed control effects,with plant control effect and fresh weight control effect both exceeding 90% .In contrast,the one - time pre-emergence treatment (hereinafter referred to as“one-time pre-emergence”)had the poorest weed control efficacy.In prECuctio,“one-time pre-emergence"couldnot effctivelymanage weeds in machine-transplanted rice fields in HuaiyinDistrict.Therefore,this method wasnot recommended fordirectusein machine transplanting rice fields in Huaiyin District.Instead,achemical weedcontrol strategy primarily basedoncombinedpre-and post-emergence treatments was recommended.

稻田杂草不仅与水稻争肥、争水、争空间,也为水稻病虫的孳生蔓延提供适宜环境,防控不当可造成农作物产量损失 30% 以上,严重的甚至导致水稻绝收[1-2]。淮安市淮阴区常年水稻栽培面积超4万 hm2 ,其中机插水稻为近年来增长较快的一种水稻移栽方式。机插水稻相比直播水稻能有效降低后期低温对水稻生长的影响,利于稻麦茬口衔接,后茬小麦适期播种也利于本地区小麦稳产、高产,是有效控减直播水稻杂草的重要方式和手段[3-5]
化学除草是当前应用最为广泛的杂草治理技术,我国水稻田化学除草面积率已达100%[6-7] C目前淮阴区机插水稻田杂草以禾本科杂草、阔叶类杂草和莎草类杂草混发为主,其中禾本科的稗、千金子和阔叶类的水苋菜、鸭舌草、多花水苋以及莎草类的异型莎草、扁秆荆三棱等为主要杂草。
为有效控制机插稻田主要杂草,提高机插稻田种植技术,结合淮阴区机插稻田杂草发生情况,并参考全国及江苏省稻田杂草化学防除技术总体思路和要求,开展一系列机插稻田化学防控药剂组合和方法的筛选工作,以期明确适应本地区机插稻田杂草的化学防控策略,指导本地农业生产实践。
1材料与方法
1.1 供试药剂
土壤封闭除草剂: 19% 氟酮磺草胺悬浮剂(sC) .27% 氟酮·氟喃酮SC、 10% 噁嗪草酮可分散油悬浮剂(OD) .500g/L 丙草胺乳油(EC)、30% 丙草胺EC .26% 哑草酮EC、 68% 吡嘧·苯噻酰水分散粒剂(WDG) ,30% 苄嘧磺隆可湿性粉剂(WP),具体药剂信息见表1。
苗后茎叶喷雾除草剂: 3% 氯氟吡啶酯EC、30% 氰氟草酯 EC,25g/L 五氟磺草胺 EC,38% 二甲·灭草松水剂(AS)、 10% 噁唑酰草胺EC、360g/L 异噁草松微囊悬浮剂(CS)、 10% 苯丙草酮EC; 500g/L 五氟·苯噻酰EC、 68% 吡嘧·苯噻酰WDG ,33% 苄嘧·丙草胺 EC,45,5% 丁·敌稗·五氟草胺EC、 60g/L 氟矾草胺EC、 40% 哑唑·氰氟EC,具体药剂信息见表1。

1.2 试验地情况
试验田位于江苏省淮安市淮阴区马头镇头庄村江苏中运粮农业科技发展有限公司( 33∘34′25′′N ,118∘52′06′′E )优质稻米基地内,该公司目前种植水稻总面积约 233.45hm2 ,前茬为小麦,2023年6月11日收割。水稻品种为南粳9308,2023年6月23日机插。试验田为沙壤土,土壤有机质含量18g/kg,pH 值约为7.2,试验田的杂草以禾本草、阔叶草和莎草为主,其中禾本草以稗草、少量千金子为主,阔叶草以鸭舌草、多花水苋、肠等为主,莎草以异型莎草为主。
1.3 试验设计
本试验按照封闭处理、茎叶喷雾处理及封闭处理 + 茎叶喷雾处理的防除策略,共设有17个处理,含空白对照1个,每个处理 600m2 ,不设重复,按照上述要求排列,各处理间作埂,埂高 25cm 左右,埂宽 20cm ,埂上覆黑塑料膜,以保证各大区之间不相互渗漏,各处理独立排灌,不串排灌。各处理区水肥管理与其他管理措施均一致。具体试验方案见表2。
1.4施药方法
采用市下SX-MD16E-2型电动喷雾器,工作压力 0.2~0.45MPa ,流速单喷头 0.8L/min 配置扇形喷头(市下电动喷雾器扇形单喷头),兑水量 30L/667m2 。毒土法:尿素 10kg/667m2 拌药后人工撒施; 26% 噁草酮EC 100mL/667m2 兑水 1L/667m2 ,甩施。 33% 苄嘧·丙草胺EC采用人工抛掷方式,每 60m2 抛掷1粒( 8mL )。7月1日施药当天多云,平均温度为 32.0qC ,最高温度为 35.0qC ,最低温度为 27.0qC ,西南风2级。施药第8天有小雨,降水量为 2.3mm ,其余时间以多云为主,施药前后 3d 内的日平均温度为30.4qC ,日平均最高温度为 33qC ,日平均最低温度为 26∘C 。
