If you don’t exercise for 60 minutes every day, then you might feel lazy. This is the result(结果) of a study(研究) by WHO(世界卫生组织). About 1.4 billion(十亿) people in the world do not get enough exercise. Are you one of them?
Which country is the laziest in the world? It is Kuwait(科威特), scientists from WHO say. About two-thirds(三分之二) of people in Kuwait do not get enough exercise. China, however(然而), is one of the most active(活动量大的) countries. Chinese people walk about 6,000 steps every day. That’s the most in the world.
It makes your heart, lungs(肺), bones(骨头) and muscles(肌肉) stronger.
You will feel happier after exercising.
You will do better in school.
You will be more popular among your friends.
