My　First　Time Volunteering

Asan old saying goes，“Rosesgiven，fragrance in hand.”Volunteering others makes me happy. Last winter vacation，Iwent to the old people's home with my classmates.Not onlydidIfeel good abouthelping others，but Ialso spent time doing something meaningful.

In the morning，we got up early and headed to the old people’s home.First，we sang a song.Then every student presented their own performances. WhenI saw the elderly smilingand clapping，my heart was filled with joy.Inthe end，we cleaned up their rooms and gave each of them a gift.

During this activity，Irealized that helping others is a worthwhile thing.It can not only bring happiness to others but also make me feel fulfilled.

Fromnow on，I will try mybest to bea helpful person and spread kindness wherever I go.
