第二次中国－太平洋岛国执法能力与警务合作部级对话2023年12月8日在京举行，国务委员、公安部部长王小洪与萨摩亚警察部部长法乌阿诺共同主持并作主旨发言。

王小洪表示，中方愿同各方一道，落实好习近平主席与各岛国领导人达成的重要共识，秉持“四个充分尊重”，本着“专业、高效、友好”和“公开、透明、善意”原则，用好中国－太平洋岛国警务培训中心平台，加强执法安全合作，助力提升岛国专业执法、打击犯罪、指挥行动能力，为深化中国和岛国友好合作关系、构建更加紧密的安全命运共同体贡献更大力量。

法乌阿诺表示，愿同各方共同培育好部级对话机制，开展务实互利合作。所罗门群岛、汤加、基里巴斯、瓦努阿图、巴布亚新几内亚、库克群岛代表团团长出席并发言。

本次对话充分肯定首次部级对话以来取得的丰硕成果，举行了中国－太平洋岛国警务培训中心揭牌仪式，决定将“让合作更专业、更高效、更友好，让岛国更安全”确定为部级对话永久主题，并就下步合作形成广泛共识。

China Vows to Strengthen Law Enforcement， Security Cooperation with Pacific Island Countries

BEIJING， Dec. 8 （Xinhua） -- China is willing to work with all participants to strengthen law enforcement and security cooperation， and help improve the capabilities of the Pacific island countries in professional law enforcement， crime fighting， and operation command， Chinese State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong said on December 8， 2023.

Wang made the remarks when delivering a speech at the second Ministerial Dialogue on Police Capacity Building and Cooperation Between China and Pacific Island Countries in Beijing.

The dialogue was co-chaired by Wang and Samoa's Minister for Police， Prisons and Corrections Services Faualo Harry Jeffrey Schuster. Delegations from the Solomon Islands， Tonga， Kiribati， Vanuatu， Papua New Guinea and the Cook Islands attended the dialogue.

Wang noted that China is willing to deepen friendly and cooperative relations with Pacific island countries and jointly build a closer community with a shared future in terms of security in line with the principles of "professionalism， efficiency and friendship" and "openness， transparency and goodwill."

Faualo said he is willing to work with all parties to foster a good ministerial dialogue mechanism and carry out practical and mutually beneficial cooperation.

The second ministerial dialogue fully recognized the fruitful results achieved since the first one and reached broad consensus for the future cooperation.

科洛科利采夫表示，愿深化交流合作，维护两国安全稳定。

Wang Xiaohong Meets Russian Interior Minister

BEIJING， Dec. 5 （Xinhua） -- Chinese State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong met with Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Vladimir Kolokoltsev on December 5， 2023 in Beijing.

Wang said that under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state， China-Russia relations have maintained sound and stable development.

Next year marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries. China is ready to work with Russia to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state， and strengthen practical cooperation in such areas as combating transnational crimes， cyber security， drug control， and law enforcement capacity building， Wang said.

Kolokoltsev expressed the willingness to deepen bilateral exchanges and cooperation to safeguard the security and stability of the two countries.

国务委员、公安部部长王小洪2023年11月20日在京会见赞比亚内政与国内安全部部长姆温布。

王小洪表示，2023年9月，习近平主席同希奇莱马总统共同宣布将中赞关系提升为全面战略合作伙伴关系，为双边关系发展翻开了新篇章。希望双方落实好两国元首重要共识，在共建“一带一路”安保、打击跨国犯罪、执法能力建设等领域开展务实合作，推动两国关系朝着更高水平、更广领域发展。

姆温布表示，愿加强团结协作，深化执法交流，坚定维护好两国共同利益。
