全球公共安全合作论坛（连云港）首届大会开幕
新华社北京 2022年 11月29日电 全球公共安全合作论坛（连云港）首届大会29日在江苏省连云港市开幕。中共中央书记处书记、公安部部长王小洪以视频形式出席并作主旨发言。
王小洪介绍了中共二十大的重大意义。他表示，中方愿同各方一道，积极践行习近平主席提出的全球安全倡议，始终坚守以人为本、人民至上的价值追求，始终高举合作、创新、法治、共赢旗帜，始终坚持共同、综合、合作、可持续的安全观，始终践行共商共建共享的全球治理观，始终致力于以高水平安全保障高质量发展的目标，打造共商共建共享的全球公共安全合作架构，携手推动构建普遍安全、共同繁荣的人类命运共同体。
柬埔寨副首相兼内政大臣韶肯，老挝人民革命党中央政治局委员、副总理兼公安部长威莱，越南共产党中央政治局委员、公安部长苏林，匈牙利内务部长宾戴尔，埃及内政部副部长阿布都穆提，国际刑警组织主席埃尔拉斯等在大会上致辞。来自40个国家、地区和国际组织的代表以线上线下方式出席。

Xinhua， Beijing， November 29，2022，The First Conference of Global Public Security Cooperation Forum （Lianyungang） kicked off in Lianyungang City， Jiangsu Province on November 29， 2022. Wang Xiaohong， a member of the Communist Party of China Central Committee Secretariat and Minister of Public Security， attended the conference and made keynote speech via video.
Wang Xiaohong expounded the great significance of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. He noted that China stands ready to work with other parties to actively implement the Global Security Initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping. China will always adhere to the value pursuit of people-oriented and people foremost， hold high the banner of cooperation， innovation， rule of law and win-win results， stick to the concept of common， comprehensive， cooperative and sustainable security， practice the concept of global governance guided by the principles of extensive consultation， joint contribution and shared benefits， and devote to attaining the goal of empowering high-quality development with high-level security， and foster an international security cooperation architecture based on the principles of extensive consultation， joint contribution and shared benefits， thus building a community with a shared future for mankind with universal security and common prosperity.
