不同叶长•叶宽和单叶重对广元烤后烟叶质量的影响

摘要 为明确广元优质烤后烟叶适宜的叶长、叶宽和单叶重范围,为广元地区生产优质烤烟提供数据支撑,2021年在四川省广元市剑阁县5个收购线分别挑选10户种植水平具有代表性的烟农,取X2F、C2F、C3F和B2F等级烟叶样品各2 kg,按等级划分不同叶长、叶宽和单叶重进行烟叶质量评价。结果表明:随着叶长的增加,X2F、B2F等级烟叶总糖、还原糖含量呈减少趋势。随着叶长的增加,C3F烟叶烟碱、钾含量升高;随着叶宽的增加,C3F烟叶总糖、还原糖含量逐渐增加。X2F和C3F等级烟叶随着单叶重的增加,总糖含量逐渐增加,钾含量减少。随着烟叶叶宽和单叶重的增加,X2F烟叶外观质量总分均表现为先增加后降低。随着叶长的增加,C2F和C3F烟叶外观质量总分均表现为逐渐增加,外观质量总分从高到低依次为>75 cm、>65~75 cm、>55~65 cm、≤55 cm。随着叶长、叶宽和单叶重的增加,C2F、C3F、B2F烟叶感官质量得分大多表现为先上升后下降。随着叶长、叶宽的增加,C2F、B2F烟叶感官质量得分表现为先上升后下降。当X2F烟叶叶长控制在>50~60 cm、叶宽控制在>15~19 cm、单叶重控制在>7~11 g时,X2F烟叶综合品质较好;当C2F烟叶叶长控制在>55~65 cm、叶宽控制在>15~23 cm、单叶重控制在>9~13 g时,C2F烟叶综合品质较好;当C3F烟叶叶长控制在>65~75 cm、叶宽控制在>15~23 cm、单叶重控制在>8~12 g时,C3F烟叶综合品质较好;当B2F叶长控制在>55~65 cm、叶宽控制在>15~23 cm、单叶重控制在>9~15 g时,B2F烟叶综合品质较好。

Effects of Different Leaf Length,Width and Single Leaf Weight on Tobacco Quality After Roasting in Guangyuan

Abstract In order to explore the appropriate leaf length,leaf width and leaf weight range of high-quality cured tobacco leaves in Guangyuan and provide data support for the production of high-quality flue-cured tobacco in Guangyuan,10 tobacco farmers with representative planting levels were selected to take 2 kg samples of X2F,C2F,C3F and B2F from 5 purchase lines in Jiangue County,Guangyuan City,Sichuan Province in 2021. The tobacco leaf quality was evaluated according to different leaf length width and single leaf weight. The results showed as follows: with the increase of leaf length,the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar in X2F,B2F tobacco decreased,and the contents of nicotine and potassium increased with the increase of C3F. The content of total sugar and reducing sugar increased gradually with the increase of leaf width. The content of total sugar in tobacco leaves of X2F and C3F grades increased with the increase of single leaf weight,while the content of potassium decreased. The total appearance quality of X2F increased first and then decreased with the increase of leaf width and single leaf weight. With the increase of leaf length,the total appearance quality of C2F and C3F increased gradually,and the total appearance quality was ranked from high to low as > 75 cm,>65-75 cm,>55-65 cm,≤55 cm.With the increase of leaf length,leaf width and single leaf weight,the sensory quality scores of C2F,C3F and B2F mainly showed the trend of first increase and then decrease.With the increase of leaf length and width,the scores of C2F and B2F were firstly increased and then decreased.The comprehensive quality of X2F tobacco leaves was better when the leaf length was controlled at >50-60 cm,leaf width at >15-19 cm and single leaf weight at >7-11 g. When the leaf length of C2F was >55-65 cm,the leaf width was >15-23 cm and the weight of single leaf was >9-13 g,the comprehensive quality of C2F tobacco was better. When the leaf length of C3F was >65-75 cm,the leaf width was >15-23 cm and the single leaf weight was >8-12 g,the comprehensive quality of C3F tobacco was better. When the leaf length of B2F was controlled at >55-65 cm,the leaf width was controlled at >15-23 cm,and the single leaf weight was controlled at >9-15 g,the comprehensive quality of B2F tobacco was better.

我国是全世界最大烟草生产国与消费国,无论是烟草种植面积和总产量,还是卷烟生产量和消费量均居世界第一位[1]。随着卷烟品牌市场竞争的进一步加剧,工业企业对优质烟叶原料的需求竞争也更加突出,除了要求原料数量的满足外,还要求烟叶质量水平的一致性、稳定性和高可用性[2]。姜茱等[3]研究表明优质烟的长度应大于50 cm,烤后烟叶片面积大小影响烟叶化学成分含量。闫克玉[4]研究表明同一烟株不同部位的叶片所含化学成分也不同。烟碱含量、烟叶品质与叶片长度成正比,烟叶含糖量、糖碱比、氮碱比与叶长成反比,烟叶品质逐渐向优质烟靠拢,随着叶片长度的增加,烟叶含糖量偏高、烟碱含量偏低、叶片较薄等问题均得到有效改善[3]。上部叶烟碱含量与长度、单叶重呈正相关关系。烤烟中钾、氯的含量、钾氯比与烤烟不同部位烟叶叶长、叶片厚度以及叶片密度有密切关系[5]。殷英等[6]、冯连军等[7]研究表明烤烟叶片大小对烟叶产量、产值的影响显著,而单叶重是影响烟叶产量、产值的关键因素。笔者通过在四川省广元市选取具代表性的烤后烟叶样品,分析测定其品质,用统计学方法研究不同叶长、叶宽和单叶重与烤后烟叶化学成分及感官质量的关系,筛选出广元优质烤后烟适宜的叶长、叶宽和单叶重范围,旨在为广元地区烟叶生产提供数据支撑。
1 材料与方法
1.1 烟叶样品选取
2021年分别在四川省广元市剑阁县剑门关烟叶收购线、汉阳烟叶收购线、龙源烟叶收购线、普安烟叶收购线和公兴烟叶收购线5个站点,各挑选10户种植水平具有代表性的烟农取样,每户选取X2F、C2F、C3F和B2F等级烟叶各2 kg,共取烟样400 kg。每个等级每包随机选取100片烤后烟样(X2F共2 700片,C2F共1 800片,C3F共2 400片,B2F共2 000片,合计8 900片),测定叶长、叶宽和单叶重,根据测定数据离散程度和参考文献[7-9],将叶长、叶宽和单叶重划分4个等级(表1)。
1.2 指标测定
测定指标包括外观质量(颜色、部位、成熟度、油分、结构、身份、色度等),化学成分(总糖、烟碱、氯、还原糖、钾含量)和感官质量(香气质、香气量、杂气、刺激性、余味、燃烧性、灰度、浓度、劲头等)。烟叶外观质量、感官质量评分细则参照湖北中烟工业有限责任公司基地烟叶评判标准,按照YC/T 159—2019、 YC/T 160—2002、 YC/T 161—2002、YC/T 162—2011、YC/T 173—2003的方法测定总糖、还原糖、烟碱、氯、钾含量(质量分数),试验所用仪器为 AA3型流动分析仪(德国BRAN+LUEBBE 公司)。
1.3 数据处理 用Microsoft Office 2013和SPSS 22.0软件进行数据统计和图表制作。
2 结果与分析
2.1 烤后烟叶叶长、叶宽和单叶重描述性统计分析
广元市剑阁县烤后烟叶X2F叶长分布在36.80~85.30 cm,变异系数为10.82%,属于弱变异,偏度系数和峰度系数分别为-0.07和-0.12,表现为左偏;叶宽、单叶重均表现为右偏,峰度系数分别为0.29和1.41,为尖峭峰。C2F叶长和叶宽属于弱变异,变异系数分别为10.04%和15.46%;单叶重变异系数为31.34%,属于强变异;叶长表现为左偏,叶宽和单叶重表现为右偏;叶长、叶宽和单叶重均属于尖峭峰。C3F叶长分布在42.20~86.40 cm,变异系数为10.26%,属于弱变异,偏度系数为-0.07,表现为左偏,分布形态为尖峭峰;叶宽偏度系数为0.09,表现为右偏,为尖峭峰;单叶重表现为右偏,峰度系数为1.72,为尖峭峰。B2F叶长和叶宽属于弱变异,变异系数分别为10.03%和17.15%;单叶重变异系数为29.88%,属于中等变异;叶长、叶宽和单叶重均表现为右偏;叶长为平坦峰,叶宽和单叶重属于尖峭峰(表2)。
2.2 叶长、叶宽和单叶重对烟叶化学成分的影响
由表3可知,随着叶长的增加,X2F烟叶总糖、还原糖含量逐渐减少,当叶长>70 cm时烟叶烟碱含量较其他处理显著提高,总糖、还原糖含量均最低。当C2F叶长为>55~65 cm时烟叶钾含量最高,还原糖、氯含量均最低。随着叶长的增加,C3F烟叶烟碱、钾含量逐渐升高。当叶长>75 cm时,C3F烟叶总糖、烟碱、氯、还原糖、钾含量均最高,总糖、钾含量与其他处理差异达到显著水平。随着叶长的增加,B2F烟叶总糖、还原糖含量逐渐减少,当叶长>75 cm时总糖、还原糖含量较其他处理显著降低。
如表4所示,随着叶宽的增加,X2F烟叶总糖、氯含量逐渐增加,钾含量逐渐减少。当叶宽超过19 cm时C2F等级烤后烟叶烟碱含量较叶宽≤15 cm处理显著降低。随着叶宽的增加,C3F烟叶总糖、还原糖含量逐渐增加,当叶宽>23 cm时烟叶烟碱含量最低。对于B2F烟叶,当叶宽≤15 cm时烟叶总糖和还原糖含量均最低,当叶宽>19~23 cm时烟碱含量和钾含量均最低。
如表5所示,随着单叶重的增加,X2F烟叶总糖、还原糖含量逐渐增加,钾含量逐渐降低。当单叶重超过13 g时,C2F等级烤后烟叶钾含量最低。随着单叶重的增加,C3F烟叶总糖含量逐渐增加,钾含量逐渐降低。当单叶重>15 g时,B2F烟叶总糖和氯含量均最低,烟碱含量最高。
